Applications for my summer 3-day Your Voice, Your Future - Understanding Politics and Leadership Programme are now open.

Taking place from Monday the 20th to Wednesday 23rd July the programme is designed to help you understand how the UK political system works, see the role of an MP first-hand, and develop key employability and leadership skills.

Spaces are limited, so apply today. I’m looking for applicants who can explain why this opportunity matters to them, what excites them most about politics and leadership, and what they hope to achieve through taking part.

Please complete this form to apply

Application deadline: 9am, Friday 12th June Outcome notifications: Friday 19th June

All applications will be reviewed by me and my team. We want this programme to reflect the diversity of our communities, and we’ll be looking for responses that show curiosity about politics and a clear sense of how this experience could support your personal and professional growth.

*Please note you must be an Aylesbury constituency resident and aged between 16-18-years-old in order to take part.

TO GIVE YOU A FLAVOUR OF WHAT TO EXPECT, WATCH HIGHLIGHTS FROM THE LAST “YOUR VOICE, YOUR FUTURE” PROGRAMME I HELD IN FEBURARY 2026

  • " I hope to become as amazing as everyone on the team, they were all amazing role models and so kind."

Former Your Voice, Your Future Participant

  • "The research project was the most useful, it taught me collaboration, teamwork, critical thinking, and research skills. It tied everything together that we had learnt over the course of the week."

Former Your Voice, Your Future Participant

  • "The programme got me thinking about what young people can do to tackle issues like misinformation in the media. It definitely inspired and motivated me to hopefully bring about positive change in the world one day."

Former Your Voice, Your Future Participant

  • "I enjoyed the staff being so friendly and approachable. The teams helped create a more comfortable environment. The activities were engaging, I wasn't bored, and I learnt more skills and information this way instead of just listening for hours like in school. The whole experience was educational and enjoyable at the same time."

  • "I’d just like to express my gratitude for hosting a programme like this. It’s incredibly valuable in giving young people the opportunity to get involved or at least become more informed about local politics. Too often, our attention is solely focused on Westminster, which can feel quite distant from us as constituents. This programme helped bridge that gap and made politics feel more accessible and relevant to our everyday lives."
